Explore where you are feeling stuck and learn how to free yourself from Mam guilt so that you can be more in control.

Understand the limiting beliefs that have been hanging around for a while in addition to the new limiting beliefs that have showed up in motherhood so that you can stop holding yourself back.

Get clear on what is most important to you as a woman who is yes, a mother but also much more so that you can make more room for this in your life without sacrificing quality family time.

Get intentional on how you want your future to be and create an action plan so that you can begin to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

1 x Per Session Questionnaire

1 x 90 minute session by skype so that we can get to grips with where you are today

7 x 1 hour skype calls to work through what has been holding you back and to design a plan so that you can start living the life you really want to

Email support between calls (Monday to Friday)

Small tasks to be completed between calls to allow you to really create change

On completion of the 7 sessions there is an additional 4 weeks email support to ensure you have the support and accountability to help you begin upgrading your life.
